Welcome to St. Michael's!
We would love to have you visit our church family! As followers of Jesus Christ, we want to be Active in service, Nurture our faith, Give all glory to God, Encourage one another, and Lead others to Jesus (A.N.G.E.L.).
We are on the crossroads of M-46 and M-15, serving not only Richville but also the three larger communities around us, Frankenmuth, Reese and Vassar. We are a congregation of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod along with our fellow “Franken Colony” churches in the area (originally Richville was named Frankenhilf).
Our worship times are listed on this page, as well as links to some of our other ministries. Feel free to stop by any time, call one of our pastors or other staff, or e-mail us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Directions to St. Michael's
Please continue to wear masks. Yes, it’s hot and they can be uncomfortable, but doctors do recommend wearing them to limit the spread of Covid-19. Please remember that we have elderly members and others with health problems who may be sitting near you.
When coming to worship services in the church, please maintain social distance. If someone is sitting in a pew, please do not sit directly in front or behind them. You can sit at the opposite end of the same pew, or opposite ends of the pews in front or behind them. We have enough room for everyone to spread out. Thanks!
Sunday we will welcome Rev. Larry Courson being installed as our interim pastor. We also welcome Rev. Randy Johnson from North District, Mission and Ministry Facilitator, who will install Pastor Courson during the service.
Items for the September newsletter must be turned in to the church office by August 17th.
We’ve had some technical difficulties with our Sunday morning live broadcast, but we are trying to work out the bugs. Please remember that we are not able to record or live-stream the outdoor services.
The Adult Choir: A new season begins on Sept. 1st with rehearsals on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. All confirmed members who are interested in using their God-given voices to sing His praise are encouraged to attend. Questions? Please contact Jon Eifert at (email@example.com). We hope to see you there!
Attention handbell ringers! Plans are being made to begin our new season of ringing God’s praises on the first week of September. Rehearsals will be on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. in the music room (basement). Please let Dr. Jon Eifert know if you are hoping to ring this year, so that appropriate music can be selected and prepared. Use the email given above or call the church office. Thank you!
Church office is closed on Fridays until further notice.
More information is in the "Church" tab above and then "Bulletin/Newsletter".
