Welcome to St. Michael's!
We would love to have you visit our church family. As followers of Jesus Christ, we want to be Active in service, Nurture our faith, Give all glory to God, Encourage one another, and Lead others to Jesus (A.N.G.E.L.).
We are on the crossroads of M-46 and M-15, serving not only Richville but also the three larger communities around us, Frankenmuth, Reese and Vassar. That means that although Richville is small, our congregation is large, with a K-8 Christian School, and a Child Care from newborn through school age.
We are a member congregation of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod along with our fellow “Franken Colony” churches in the area (originally Richville was named Frankenhilf).

All items for the November newsletter and calendar are due in the office by noon Monday, Oct. 12th.
Church council meeting on October the 12th at 7:00 and the voters meeting will be on October the 18th after late service 11:45. On the agenda is the nomination of officers.
Flu Shots will be given by Wellspring on Sunday, Oct. 18th in the overflow room from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Those over 65 are asked to bring their Medicare card. They can bill for Medicare Part B, Health Plus, Medicare Plus Blue and Blue Care Network. If you are not covered under those, the cost is $25. Forms are available for you to fill out ahead of time.
LLL Meeting: Have you ever thought of going to the Holy Land? Mike Neuchterlein will be our guest speaker on Monday, October 19th @ 7:30 pm, showing a power point presentation on his recent trip to the Holy Land with Pastor Brandt. You are all invited to come!!!
Altar Guild will meet on Tuesday, October 20th at 6:30 p.m. Please have at least one team member present to sign up for upcoming Altar Guild 2016. We will also use this meeting to do a special cleaning of all communion ware. Contact Barb Reinert at 989-429-4404 if you have questions.
Traveling Choir will meet at 8p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20th to practice to sing at Wellspring on 22nd at 1:30 p.m. - please join us as we entertain others, and have a lot of fun ourselves!
Youth Group Meeting - October 25 from 6:30-8:30 pm at 2612 N Block, Reese (Kern house). Come join in pumpkin carving, making caramel apples, and Christian fellowship! Bring a pumpkin to carve. Feel free to invite your friends.
Updating information: In your mailbox is a copy of information we have on file for you. Please look it over and update the information, especially your phone number and e-mail. If you have children who have moved to their own home, please give us that information also. There is a drop off box for you to place them after you’ve filled them out. It is important to have correct information for all the members of our congregation to better serve you in our ministry. Thank you, The Church Council.
