We would love to have you visit our church family. As followers of Jesus Christ, we want to be Active in service, Nurture our faith, Give all glory to God, Encourage one another, and Lead others to Jesus (A.N.G.E.L.).
We are on the crossroads of M-46 and M-15, serving not only Richville but also the three larger communities around us, Frankenmuth, Reese and Vassar. That means that although Richville is small, our congregation is large, with a K-8 Christian School, and a Child Care from newborn through school age.
We are a member congregation of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod along with our fellow “Franken Colony” churches in the area (originally Richville was named Frankenhilf).

St. Michaels Outreach
Adult Membership class begins 9/17 at 7 p.m. in the overflow room at church. Anyone interested in learning more about our Lutheran faith and church is welcome to attend.
LLL will tour the Castle Museum in Saginaw Sept. 17th. Meet at the church parking lot at 1:30 p.m. to carpool. Cost is $2.00/person. Call Dave Janson at 989-550-2156 for more information.

Y.outh Group Gathering - Sept 24 from 1:30-3:30 pm at Johnson's Pumpkin Farm. Meet at the corn maze entrance. RSVP by Sept 17th and Youth Group will pay your maze fee. Come join us for donuts, cider and devotion and check out Johnson's displays. Open to youth 7th grade thru college. 166th Church Anniversary, Sept. 24th, BBQ Chicken Dinners: Pies are needed - contact Ann Thurston at DAThurston66@yahoo.com to donate pies or to donate $15 to purchase pies. We will have take-outs only again, $9/dinner from 11:00 a.m. until sold out. Pies can be dropped off at school Friday or Saturday by 10 a.m.

Veterans Program Rehearsals every Sunday: Choir Rehearsal at 2:00pm – 3:30pm; Orchestra Rehearsal – 6pm – 7:30pm. See the September newsletter for more details. Everyone who would like to participate is welcome!
Traveling Choir – We took a break for summer and now we will again be singing at Wellspring Lutheran Home. Practice will be on Tuesday, September 26th, 8:00 p.m. for singing at the Home on Thursday, September 28th at 1:30 p.m. If you enjoy singing, please join us and bring a friend(s) as we share God’s love through music and song.
Reflection Book Club will meet (9/18) at 5:30 P.M. in the church parking lot to car pool to the cottage of Mary Hoerlein to discuss "Luther and Katharina" by Jody Hedlund. For questions call Shirley Danz or Mary Hoerlein.
